Returns and Refunds Policy

At Eva Mode, we want you to be completely satisfied with every product you purchase. However, if something doesn't meet your expectations, we are here to help. We offer the option to return within 30 days from the delivery date, giving you enough time to decide if the purchase fully suits you.

For a return to be accepted, the product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Please ensure the product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. Products showing signs of use or modification may not be accepted.

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will send you an email confirming the status of your return. If the return is approved, we will process a refund within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the funds may appear in your account after a few additional days.

Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part—for example, a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, we cover the full return shipping costs and arrange for an exchange or refund as quickly as possible.
