Yes, currently we only ship orders within Poland. This allows us to ensure faster delivery, reliable courier service, and local customer support.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery location. Once shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can monitor its status.

5. Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping throughout Poland for all orders, regardless of their value. We do not charge any additional fees or hidden costs – the price shown with the product is final.

6. How can I return a product?
If you wish to make a return, you have 30 days from the date of receipt of the package. The product must be in its original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached. Please contact us before returning the package so we can assist you with the return process and provide the necessary information.

7. How long does a refund take?
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process the refund within 10 business days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your bank, the funds may appear in your account after a few additional days.

8. Who covers the cost of return shipping?
The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer, unless the product was damaged or inconsistent with the order. In such a case, we cover all return costs and promptly arrange a replacement or refund.
